Building from a separate part Bar “Variete”, representing a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, built in 1962, consisting of two floors with a cylindrical shape.

First floor:
Casino Igalno, which has been operating for many years. Architectural and construction changes have not been made. Only the interior has been improved. The floor is carpeted and the walls are covered with wood paneling and silk wallpaper. Two lobbies, office, warehouse, sanitary units, machine room, technical rooms for the staff.

Second floor:
Cylindrical main screw with round rotating degree. There is a carpet on the floor.
The capacity of the hall is 400 seats, bar – buffet, kitchen, office, dressing rooms for artists and an outside bar.
It functioned as VARIETE CASINO with a varied program with artists from all over the world.
