Conditions for obtaining an apartment on LEASING.

Quite simple:

• We do not want a receipt.

• We do not want tax returns.

• We do not want account statements.

• One identity document is sufficient.

• We are not interested in your income or expenses.

• We do not deal with registers because we do not even have access to them.

• Do you have foreclosures, debts? This is your problem that does not concern us.

• The loan is provided by the direct owner or entrepreneur, our partner, without a bank

• You can also apply for a loan from your bank, but keep in mind that the bank wants to guarantee real estate located in the territory of the state of your bank, ie. where you live.

• Deposit according to the agreement, everyone has a chance to buy an apartment in installments (but at least 5000 €) due to depreciation of the equipment of the apartment

• Leasing for 1 – 5 years, for more expensive properties up to 7 years and exceptionally for 10 years.

• You can pay for the property ahead of time at any time without penalty.

• The property is in your possession immediately after signing the purchase contract, you can use it or rent it out.

• The property is owned by the seller until the payment of the last installment.

• There is no possibility for seizure, registered in the cadastre

• You can rest assured, because the owners of leased apartments are very rich companies with a capital of tens of millions of euros.

• Everything is based on legal and certified signatures on the purchase contract (mandate contract).

• The buyer’s interest rate is 6.5% per annum.

Each purchase of real estate is individual, and therefore its financing is specific.
